How long does delivery take?

Your delivery time consists of two parts:

1) PROCESSING TIME (1–2 business days):
This includes order confirmation, personalization (if applicable), quality check, and packaging.

We review and confirm your order within 12–24 hours of purchase. Production begins only after your order is released into our system.
For personalized items, please allow 1–2 business days for production, quality control, and shipping preparation.

2) SHIPPING TIME
Delivery from our international logistics center to your shipping address typically takes 7–10 business days.

Please note: Customs clearance or import processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.
